Practices can come in many shapes and forms - dynamic movement as well as quiet meditations. The breath is a companion and guide every step of the way.
PRESENCE
We are often living in the narrative of the past or the hopes and fears of the future. By practicing living and being fully in the present, we are able to open up to the potential.
Our inhales and exhales remind us of this, if we just take a moment to pause and listen. Our busy lives often don’t leave much space, time or energy for this practice but it is at the heart of living a fulfilling and meaningful life.
At ANU, we give you permission to take a break from the noise and step fully into yourself, with compassion and presence.
COMMUNITY
The sense of belonging, and being part of community is essential in deepening our connection to ourselves and our lives. At ANU, we value the organic community that has grown over the years, meeting one another week after week in classes, workshops and events. This supportive environment creates a feeling of trust, safety and belonging.
